Important items of note:
Stage is located 22-6 below street level. Access to stage is down 2 flights of stairs. All dressing rooms are at stage level, as are the green room, production room, shop, and staging areas. House Technical Service office and Workshop are located above dressing rooms. Technical/Facility Directors office is located lower lobby, north side of theatre.
Parking Restrictions:
Pioneer Staff Parking Only! is located adjacent to the Freight Elevator. Load-in and Load-out will be scheduled according to rider requirements. All other parking (such as buses, trailers, vehicles, etc.) must be on street perimeters. Meters will be bagged accordingly when required by rider, please contact the Technical Director at least 48 before load in to ensure sufficient parking. The Pioneer Center does not take responsibility for any parking or traffic tickets that you or your company may encounter during your engagement. This includes rehearsals. Unauthorized vehicles parked in staff lot will be towed at owners expense!

Stage Information
Floor: Level maple hardwood sprung dance floor. 68 in width and 44 in depth from downstage edge to back wall, 38-11 plaster line to back wall. Back and side walls of stage slope inward at 7ْ angle from floor to grid.
Orchestra Pit: Manually set at three different levels: FULL = Level with Stage Floor, HALF = 3-8 below Stage Level, or OUT = 7-6 below Stage Level. Pit front arcs 13-6 at center to flush at the sides. Access is down one flight of stairs by dressing rooms. Limited storage is available at lower pit level.

Mix and lighting positions: Located at the rear of the Orchestra 87 from the edge of the stage. Each position must be reached with a minimum of 250 of cable from the stage.
