30min Ticket Sales Parking
There are two 30 minute ticket sales parking spots on Court St. marked with the Pioneer Center logo.

ATM
There are no ATM's on the Pioneer Center premises.  The following ATM locations are within a walking distance from the theater:

• Wells Fargo - 200 S Virginia St.

• US Bank - 300 S Virginia St.

• Siena Hotel Spa Casino - 1 S Lake St.

Coat Check
During events the coat check is available to patrons free of charge.  It is located next to the Box Office in the upper lobby.  For safety, coats may not be draped over the balcony railings.

Concessions
Soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, water, and a variety of candy and snacks are available for purchase in the lobbies. Cash only. No outside food or drink please. Depending on the performance, food and drink may or may not be allowed in the auditorium - please look for signs at entrances.  Our theater has excellent acoustics. Please unwrap candy and open snacks before the performance starts or during intermissions.

Elevator
The elevator is located in the center of the building for access between the upper and lower lobbies.  There is no elevator access to the balcony. For Pioneer Underground patrons who need elevator access, please ring the door bell at the entrance and a staff member will meet you to take you in through the main building. Lost and Found
Should you misplace anything while at the Pioneer Center, please check with and usher or the House Manager.  If your item cannot be located before you leave the premises, or if you don't know something is missing until later, you may call the Pioneer Center at (775) 686-6615.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the upper and lower lobbies of the Pioneer Center. A baby changing table is available in the lower lobby exhibition hall women's restroom.  All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
