ETIQUETTE
Appropriate Dress
There is no official dress code. Very few events held at the Pioneer Center
are formal. The minimum level the Pioneer Center prefers is business or business casual
for most events (Broadway, Philharmonic, Opera and Ballet). Your
comfort is important. Some patrons enjoy dressing up. Others are
most comfortable in jeans. Rest assured, you will see a little of everything.
When to Arrive
Many patrons arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to show
times. If you have tickets in will call please
arrive at least 30 minutes early. Latecomers may be
subject to various seating holds.
Cell Phones
Please silence
all cell phones and message/alarm systems before
entering the theater. Please note that the opening and
closing of cell phones and sending messages may disturb
patrons and performers.
Smoking and Other
Considerations
The Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts is a
smoke free building. Also, please be aware that many
people are allergic and sensitive to perfume and
cologne.
