	Load-in: Access to stage is by freight elevator (9' 2" wide x 21' long x 12' high). Load capacity is 11,500 lbs. Elevator will raise to truck height, and unloads into staging area off stage left. Access to stage is through freight doors 11' 10.5" high x 9' 10.5" wide. No vehicles are allowed on the elevator!
	Important Note: Stage is located 25'' below street level. Access to stage is down 2 flights of stairs. All dressing rooms are at stage level, as is the green/production room and the shop/staging area. The back wall of the stage is sloped inward at a 7° angle from floor to grid.House Technical Service Office and Workshop are located above dressing rooms. The Technical/Facility Directors Office is located in lower-lobby on the north side of the theater.
	Parking Restrictions: Pioneer Staff Parking ONLY is located adjacent to the freight elevator. Load-in/out will be scheduled according to rider requirements. All other parking such as buses, trailers, vehicles, etc. must be parked on street perimeters. Meters will be bagged accordingly when required by rider. Pioneer Center does not take responsibility for any parking or traffic tickets you or your company may encounter during your engagement - this includes rehearsals. Unauthorized vehicles parked on Staff lot will be towed at owner's expense.
